Singer Lee Sang-min received a notice from the court that partially released him from paying his debt through seize of property. Until now, the court has been seizing the payment from his promotions to pay off his debt.
Lee Sang-min’s agency, Dmost Entertainment said, “Lee Sang-min paid off a portion of his debt and the court has stopped seizing his income. He is still in the process of repayment and plans to pay it all back by the end of this year.”
Until now, the court has been seizing Lee Sang-min’s income to pay off his debt. However, from now on, he will be able to receive the payment from the TV programs directly. On March 31 broadcast of SBS ‘My Little Old Boy,’ Lee Sang-min received the official notice from the court.
However, his credit score has not fully recovered yet. This is because he hasn’t paid back everything he owed. In the upcoming episode of ‘My Little Old Boy,’ Lee Sang-min pays a visit to the bank, only to be let down by the reality. Lee Sang-min commented, “in 10 years, even the scenery changes. However, not my credit score.”
