Singer and actor Lee Seung-ki released his first photoshoot after discharge from military service.
Lee Seung-ki had a photoshoot and interview with the magazine ‘@star1’ for its December issue. The photoshoot’s concept was titled ‘Still Seung-ki’.
During the interview after the photoshoot, Lee Seung-ki talked about his a year and 9 months long military life. Lee had enlisted in the special forces and finished an exemplary service. Lee said, “I honestly did all the marches, and some of them were not even mandatory. I started to be competitive with myself, so I wanted to experience everything I could.”
Lee continued and said, “when I was just a ‘celebrity Lee Seung-ki’, I had a limited range of actions. However, as a special forces soldier, I could always challenge myself with limitations.” Lee Seung-ki summarized his military life as a time of recovery.
Lee Seung-ki also talked about his decision on upcoming tvN drama ‘Hwayugi’ as his comeback drama. “First of all, I really liked the script. I also have already worked with the writers ‘the Hong Sisters’, so I had trust in them. Above all, I was confident that I could perform the role very well.”
