The first open trial for Black Nut begins on the morning of March 15. It will take place in the west wing of the Seoul Central District Prosecutor’s Office in room 513.

Black Nut was formally indicted for defamation against female rapper KittiB. Seoul Bangbae Police Department, who was in charge of the case at first, sent the case over to the prosecution.

In the extremely inappropriate lyrics of his song ‘Too Real,’ Black Nut explicitly referred to rapper KittiB. Some lyrics included, “Not KittiB this time, I won’t **** her even if you give her to me,” but “I have ****** off to KittiB’s photos.” Furthermore, Black Nut uploaded songs about KittiB on his personal Sound Cloud and tagged her on his Instagram as the “Kimchi Girl.”

In response, KittiB submitted a complaint to the Female and Juvenile Crime Investigation Department at the Seoul Central Prosecutor’s Office. She claimed that Black Nut violated the Special Law on Sexual Violence, a vulgar use of communication media.

However, this did not stop Black Nut. He continued to insult KittiB in his song, ‘100.’

KittiB was outraged and wrote on her Instagram, “it is beyond just being assaulted. Black Nut hurt me, my family, and my fans who care about me. To us, ‘Black Nut’ is a forbidden name. It reminds us of all the stress and trauma of the past.”
