After leaving SM Entertainment last year, Seohyun may have found another agency.
According to multiple officials on February 12 (KST), Seohyun is discussing an exclusive contract with Fly-up Entertainment.
Regarding the news, an agency official said: “It is true that there was a meeting between our agency and Seohyun’s representative, but nothing has been decided.”
Seohyun left SM Entertainment last year to focus on her solo career. It is undecided whether she will participate in Girls’ Generation activities in the future. Additionally, with Fly Up Entertainment almost exclusively housing actors it appears Seohyun plans to advance her acting career. Last year she gained recognition from her role in the MBC drama, “Bad Thief, Good Thief,” as Kang So-joo.
Fly Up Entertainment’s roster of actors includes Bo-young, Kim Seo-Hyung, Choi Kang-hee, Yoo In-young and more.
