After withdrawing from public appearances earlier this year, Onew will join his members on stage again.
Onew’s will take the stage for SHINee’s Japanese done tour in 2018. SHINee’s official Japanese website announced the news, which said, “Please look forward to the five members at ‘SHINee WORLD THE BEST 2018 ~ FROM NOW ON~'”. SHINee will be touring in Japan throughout the month of February.
In August Onew was involved in a sexual harassment incident. The incident occurred in a nightclub in the Gangnam neighborhood in Seoul. During that night out Onew reportedly repeatedly touched the victim inappropriately. While the victim later dropped the charges, but they did not rescind their claims. Afterwards, Onew withdrew from public promotions and other appearances while dealing with the situation. He later penned a hand-written letter posted on SHINee’s official website.
