Pledis Entertainment puts an end to online rumors.
On January 9, the official agency of girl group Pristine, Pledis Entertainment, issued a formal response to rumors surrounding Kyulkyung. They said, “there is absolutely no truth in what is being said online about Kyulkyung.”
Earlier this week, online communities raised suspicions that Kyunlkyung might be planning to leave Prisitine. The recent closure of a few of her fansites motivated these suspicions. In line with this, some reasoned that the fansites would not have closed unless something was amiss. However, with the official statement, the agency has effectively put an end to the rumors.
Kyunlkyung was a member of Mnet’s first season of “Produce 101” in 2016. After the show ended she debuted in PRISTINE in 2017.
