According to media outlets Deadline and Variety, NBC cast actress Han Jee-young in the lead role of “Like Magic,” single-camera comedy pilot program. The new show is reportedly a worldplace comedy with a unique element: magic.

Han will play a Holly, a nerdy, socially awkward but friendly and optimistic woman who is striving to be a headline magician at a place called the Magic Palace. Unfortunately, Holly has to deal with eccentricities and egos to get to where she can achieve her dream.
