KBS expressed regret over the illegal leakage of the cue sheet and expressed its position that it would ask the people to delete it voluntarily.
Sometime on Thursday when artists and production staff were rehearsing for KBS’ Song Festival, the cue sheet for the event was leaked illegally. The stage setting and the sequence of singers’ appearances, and special performances were all leaked to the public. The cue sheet spread through online communities and on social media. Unfortunately for KBS, any exciting surprised have been undone.
On the same day, the network confirmed the leak and worried that it would “demoralize artists who have been preparing for a good performance all night.”
Continuing, the network said that it will work to prevent any further leaks and hopes that with all the preparation, people will still enjoy the show. Further, it asks that all leaked content related to the event be deleted.
Meanwhile, EXO Chanyeol, BTS Jin, and Dahyun from TWICE will host the Song Festival. It is scheduled to take place on December 28 at 8:30 p.m. KST.
