Another victim has come forward with allegations against drummer Nam Goong Yeon.
On March 7 on SBS news program “8 News” reported that another victim had revealed herself — now the fifth victim of Nam Goong Yeon.
Under anonymity, the victim claimed that she’d been “sexually abused by Nam Goong Yeon dozens of times.” Further claiming that the “sexual harassment happened during the course of working together. If I tried to resist it would just result in more abuse.”
Before the revelation of the anonymous woman, four other victims raised claims against Nam. More, like the current victim, their “8 News” carefully protected their identities.
Moreover, it appears that they have all come forward with the same intention. Notwithstanding their fear to come forward, they believe that if victims continue to report Nam, they will be able to gather more support.
On the other hand, Nam Goong Yeon’s attorney said in response that the allegations are groundless. Further, they are planning to file a civil and criminal lawsuit against the accusers.
