Mnet’s new romance reality show “Love Catcher” reveals its celebrity panel, including NU’EST JR, Hong Seok-Cheon, comedian Jang Do-Yeon, and more.
On June 27, “Love Catcher” confirmed the program’s cast and the MC, Shin Dong-Yeop. The celebrity panel includes people from different fields and industries, such as NU’EST member JR, entertainer Hong Seok-Cheon, singer Lady Jane, comedian Jang Do-Yeon, and mystery genre author, Jun Gun-Woo.
“Love Catcher” is a reality show where contestants live together for eight days in hopes of finding their true love. However, the contestants will include both “love catchers” and “money catchers,” who join the program with different purposes. While “love catchers” truly came to find their true love, “money catchers” only came for the final prize of 50 million won (approximately $44,000).
Aside from the romance that arise between the contestants, the “watchers” from the celebrity panel will add on the fun by trying to guess who the “money catchers” are.
First, Hong Seok-Cheon will act as the “dating expert,” who understands the psychology of both men and women. As he watched many couples come and go his restaurant, he will know exactly how to analyze the minds of the program’s contestants.
On the other hand, Jang Do-Yeon and Lady Jane plan to speak for the female contestants as the female watchers.
