Sulli reveals her brother for the first time through her reality show “Jinri Store”
On November 15, episode 7 of “Jinri Store” was released through Naver V app. The episode unfolded with underlying theme of “family,” for which Sulli invited her older brother to guest on her reality show.
The idol-turned-actress paid a visit to her second oldest brother, all the way from Seoul to Jeonju. They sat own rather awkwardly and began to update one another on each other’s life. Sulli started to ask about her brother’s career as a chef, which he had just recently started, “I cannot believe you cook. I need to come visit your restaurant, soon.”
In response, her brother said, “I didn’t know I would be cooking for a living, either. And you should visit my restaurant. I don’t go around telling people, but I’m very proud of you. It’s nothing something I should hide and it would be weird to hide my affection for you, anyway.”
Afterwards, the brother and sister continued to share a rather deep conversation. It was a chance for them to show how much they really care for one another before beginning their lives together living under the same roof.
At the end, Sulli’s brother expressed his worries towards his little sister. He said, “I was so shocked when I saw her today. She lost a lot of weight. It’s a long distance between us since she lives all the way in Seoul. That’s why it irritates me whenever I hear a bad news regarding Jinri. Celebrities are not gods. I do not like it when people talk about her as if they actually know her. Her story is mine and my story is hers. She is someone that I can’t ever get rid of in my life.”
