Yubin and JYP Entertainment have found a possible copyright problem regarding her upcoming solo album.

While gearing up for her first solo album, Yubin detected a copyright issue regarding one of the tracks in the album, ‘City Love’ (literal translation).

As a result, JYPE decided to delay the release of the mentioned track, until they solve the problem. On June 4, JYPE announced the notice through JYPE Fan and said:

“Hello, this is JYPE.”

“We found a copyright issue regarding one of the tracks from Yubin’s 1st solo album ‘City Woman,’ which was planned for a release on June 5 at 6 PM, KST.”

“Until we solve the issues, we have decided to delay the release of the single track. We sincerely apologize for those who have been patiently waiting. Thank You.”

Although they have postponed the release of ‘City Love,’ they are still releasing the whole album on the planned date, June 5. Debuting as a solo artist for the first time in 11 years, Yubin will release her first digital single ‘City Woman,’ which will have two tracks, namely ‘Lady’ and ‘City Love.’
