Former Girls Generation Yoona recently purchased a building for 10 Billion Won (~9 million USD).
On January 8, Ilgan Sports reported Im Yoona to have purchased a building in Gangnam District’s Cheongdam area for 10 Billion Won. Keeping in mind Gangnam is considered one of the most expensive areas in real estate, experts are saying Yoona’s purchase is the best investment choice.
According to Sky Daily on January 7th, the purchased building was build in 2014 and purchased at a rate of 70,680,000 won per 35.58 sq ft. The building consists of 6 floors including 2 basements.
Yoona received much love in 2018 for her appearance in JTBC’s Hyori’s Bed and Breakfast season 2. She is currently filming for her next movie Exit.
