A source from YG Entertainment reported that Chung-Ang University admitted Kim Sae-ron had she successfully passed the screening process. According to her recent appearance on JTBC’s “Let’s Eat Dinner Together,” she had a practical interview. Additionally, as a student there, Kim will be in the Drama and Film department.

Further, Kim’s admission comes after the now 18-year-old left traditional high school and started homeschooling. Afterward, the young actress applied to take the qualification exam, similar to the GED in the U.S. and passed the test.

While Kim will begin learning about dramas and films in an academic setting, she has been on set for shows and movies for years. Born in 2000, she started acting when she was only nine years old in the films A Brand New Life and The Man From Nowhere.
