She continued, “I’ve tried so many dieting methods. I’ve starved myself, and I’ve tried going to the gym regularly. This time, I tried Pilates. It was so fun and I was able to lose weight faster than just starving myself.”

At last, Yeonjung surprised everyone by revealing that she lost 6 kilograms in two months. The singer commented, “everyone asks me how hard it is, but it wasn’t hard at all. It was actually very fun.”
