Yoon Hyun-Min and Ko Sung-Hee Confirmed for Netflix Original Series

Neflix’ new Korean drama has confirmed Yoon Hyun-min and Ko Sung-hee for the lead roles.

Netflix’ upcoming original series, “Me Alone and You” (working title) is a Korean drama using hologram and virtual intelligence as motives. The drama follows a lonely woman who gets to meet a personified AI hologram that is always on her side.

Yoon Hyun-min, who has proved his acting abilities through “Tunnel,” “Witch’s Court,” and “Tale of Fairy,” is going to take the male lead as a genius inventor of AI holograms.

Ko Sung-hee impressed audiences in film “Mother.” She is to act the female lead character, who is a successful career woman suffering from prosopagnosia.

Detailed schedules for the drama are yet to be confirmed.

“Sky Castle” Actor Song Geon-Hee to Star in Netflix Original Series “Love Alarm”

Actor Song Geon-hee, who played Young-jae’s role in “Sky Castle,” is to star in the much anticipated Netflix Original Series “Love Alarm.”

On February 11, Song Geon-hee’s management agency announced that the actor has confirmed to act in “Love Alarm.”

“Love Alarm” centers on a virtual mobile application which is designed to alert its users if anyone nearby harbors romantic feelings for them. The story follows people who still want to connect with others through true feelings.

Previously, actors Kim So-hyun, Jeong Ga-ram, Song Kang, Ko Min-shi have confirmed to star in the drama. Following them, Song Geon-hee is joining as a K-pop idol star Max’ role.

Fans are excited to see him in “Love Alarm,” especially because the upcoming role is completely different from his previous characters. The actor’s former works include “Love Playlist” and “My ID Is Gangnam Beauty.”

Netflix original series “Love Alarm” will premiere in 2019.

Netflix’ first Korean original drama series, “Love Alarm,” launches the production with a plan to premiere next year.

The drama adaptation of cartoonist Chun Kye-young’s popular web cartoon series, “Love Alarm,” is ready to launch the production this year.

Centering around a virtual mobile application that alerts its users if anyone nearby harbors romantic feelings for them, the story follows people who still want to connect with people with true feelings. Produced by one of the biggest names of the history of Korean cartoons, the web cartoon series garnered a sensational popularity. Since 2014, the series has been continued to the seventh season.

The drama adaption will be directed by Lee Na-jeong of “Fight for My Way.” The drama will be consist of eight episodes and will premier next year on Netflix.
