The following is the official statement from Sublime Artist Agency:

Hello, this is singer Hyomin’s agency, Sublime Artist Entertainment.

Our company hereby states our intention to take strong legal action against malicious statements, false rumors, as well as defamation regarding singer Hyomin.

While we have been aware of these continuous malicious comments for a very long time, we considered it as our payment for the love and attention we received from the public for the singer. Thus, we have been holding off to file criminal reports or seeking legal counsel.

However, we believe that we have suffered enough with posts that have gone overboard, and decided to finally put a stop to it.

As a result, our company will take strong legal action against those who spread false, and defamatory statements regarding Hyomin. In addition, we would like to emphasize that there will be no leniency nor coming to a settlement. We have currently put together enough evidence and are currently in the process of filing the complaint.

Moreover, we will continue to take strong legal action in the future, if more defamatory statements were to occur regarding the singer.

Our company is forever in gratitude for the fans’ love for Hyomin. We will try our best to protect the singer at all cost.

Thank you.
