“The Beauty Inside” is a drama adaptation of a Korean film with the same title. While the original film tells a story of a man whose figure changes every time he goes to sleep, the drama tells otherwise. In the drama, the female character, confirmed to be played by actress Seo Hyun-Jin, goes through a character change once a month.

Previously, Seo Hyun-Jin and Lee Min-Ki confirmed to take on the lead roles, alongside actress Lee Da-Hee. Lee Tae-Ri will take on the role of Jung Joo-Hwan, the right-hand-man to Seo Do-Jae (Lee Min-Ki). The character is a realist, who loves his luxurious life and prefers a high salary than being a great businessman. Always standing by Seo Do-Jae, who suffers from prosopagnosia (the inability to recognize other people’s faces), Jung Joo-Hwan acts as his boss’s eyes. However, this gives the character much power, just for the fact that he is the only who know’s Seo Do-Jae’s secret.

Meanwhile, Lee Tae-Ri recently changed his stage name from Lee Min-Ho and opened a new chapter in his life. The actor had said he needed a fresh start and had thought his name needed a change.
