Lee Si-Young will be visiting the cast of SBS “Running Man” for the first time in 5 years!

On November 29, media outlet OSEN reported that actress Lee Si-Young recently finished filming for the upcoming episode of SBS “Running Man.” The actress had agreed to return to the show for the first time in 5 years to promote her upcoming film “Older Sister.”

The upcoming film tells a story of a woman named In-Ae (Lee Si-Young) who goes on a journey to find her missing younger sister, Eun-Hye (Park Se-Wan). In-Ae was formerly a body guard, which makes it easier for her to fight off the bad guys.

To those calling the movie a “female version of film ‘Stranger,'” which features Won Bin as its male lead, Lee Si-Young responded, “it’s a bit different. While preparing for this film, I’ve looked into similar films and tried to compare them to our film. I think there are different types of an action movie.”

She continued, “whereas the previous movies showcased the violent and physical encounters as its main element, In-Ae from our film does not put physical harm on anyone. I think the main difference is that our film shows the action of a woman, which is slightly different than that of a man.”

Meanwhile, film “Older Sister” will premiere in 2019.
