Korean-American child model with 6 million social media followers, Ella Gross has recently signed a contract with YG Entertainment’s The Black Label.
On July 1, Ella Gross shared such news through her Instagram, by sharing a picture she took with BLACKPINK member Jenny. Ella tagged, “@thebalcklabel_official” in the posting, implying her new contract with them.
The 10-year-old model has built her modeling career, working with global apparel brand such as Gap and Zara.
What is noticeable about her contract with one of the YG Entertainment’s labels is the fact that she signed with The Black Label, instead of the model management label YG KPlus. The Black Label is a management agency launched by Teddy, who produced BLACKPINK’s hit songs like “Whistle,” “Playing With Fire,” and “DDU DU DDU DU.”
The news about Ella’s contract with The Black Label keeps many to expect her debut as a K-pop artist.
