Actor Jung Yoo-ahn is currently under investigation for sexual harassment and in talks to step down from upcoming drama.
Jung Yoo-ahn, who is now 20 years old, was investigated by Police for sexually harassing a woman earlier in January. The actor’s agency is currently checking facts.
On January 10, a source from the agency said, “The incident happened in early January and the actor is waiting for the results from the investigation.”
Jung Yoo-ahn has previously been confirmed to act in tvN’s new drama, “The Psychometric Guy” (working title). With the incident, it is unclear if he will stay in the drama.
“Regardless of the truth, we shouldn’t cause damage to the production team. So we notified the team about Police investigation and now it’s up to their decision,” said the agency.
Jung Yoo-ahn debuted in 2017 through “Supernatural Family.” He’s been building up the career by acting in “Along With the Gods,” “Top Management,” “Come and Hug Me,” and more.
