I started doing yoga and pilates along with dieting. As a result, I was able to return to my normal weight very quickly.”

Jo Yoon-Hee also shared her beauty tip for getting flawless skin. The actress said, “if your blood circulation isn’t as active as it should be, no matter how much of an expensive product you use, your skin will never recover. That’s why it’s so important to massage your lymphatic drainages. By doing so, you can clear out the waste fluids out of your body and relieve the body tension.
