At the 33rd Golden Disc Awards digital music awards ceremony held at Sky Dome on Saturday afternoon, iKON received the “daesang” or Grand Prize.

Additionally, as songs from the like of groups like Red Velvet and Twice failed to upset their reign, they were only dethroned when BIG BANG. In March, the senior boy group released their last group song before the majority of the member enlisted.

As the year progressed, iKON produced “Killing Me” and “Goodbye Road,” cementing themselves as talented artists and proving their popularity with the public. However, while the group’s music has gotten public’s acknowledgment, the members dedicated their acceptance speech to their fans.
