On August 7, CNBLUE’s Lee Jong-Hyun shared a few photos on his Instagram and showed off his new haircut. In the pictures, the singer seemed like he was enjoying his time with his friends before heading off to military to fulfill his mandatory duties.
While the exact date had not been revealed, FNC Entertainment previously reported that Lee was enlisting in the military sometime in August. The company said the singer is enlisting as an active soldier and wished to do so quietly with only family and close friends to see him off.
Once Lee Jong-Hyun enlists, it will be a while before CNBLUE can perform on stage altogether. Jung Yong-Hwa first enlisted in March, followed by Kang Min-Hyuk and Lee Jung-Shin, who enlisted on the same day.
