Actor Cho Byung-gyu has been chosen for a role in the upcoming drama, “He Is Psychometric.”
The actor’s management agency announced on January 22 that Cho Byung-gyu has been confirmed to act in tvN’s new drama “He Is Psychometric.” The drama will premiere in March.
As Jung Yoo-ahn, who had been chosen to act the role, stepped down due to a sexual assault controversy, Cho Byung-gyu is taking the role. It’s a great chance for him especially his value is rising along with the popularity of “Sky Castle.”
Cho Byung-gyu made appearances in several dramas, including “Who Are You – School 2015,” “Beautiful Mind,” “Queen for 7 Days,” “Radio Romance,” and “Money Flower.”
“He Is Psychometric” is a fantasy romance thriller drama centers on the relationship between a secretive woman and a man who reads people’s mind. Shin Ye-eun and GOT7 member Jin-young are to act the lead roles.
