Boy group B.A.P recently held what could possibly be their last concert as a 6-member group.

On July 21 and 22, B.A.P held a concert “B.A.P 2018 LIVE LIMITED IN SEOUL” in Seoul, South Korea. The group began the concert by stating it has been a while since they stood in front of their domestic fans. “We’ve prepared so much for today’s concert. Let’s spend some quality time just us and our fans.”

The concert began with their 2012 debut song “Warrior,” continuing onto “One Shot,” “No Mercy,” and other hit-songs. In addition, as requested by fans, they also performed special stages with “Lovesick,” “Skydive,” and “Hands Up,” hence summing up their accomplishments from the past 6 years.

Afterwards, each member got to perform his solo stage. Youngjae sang an emotional ballad song, Zelo performed a witty yet dreamy song “Tylenol,” and Jongup performed his solo song with his junior band TRCNG. Thus, the set list included 26 songs in total, each song representing every waking moment of the group since their debut.

At the end of the concert, B.A.P shared their thoughts about the end of their contract and drew out tears from their fans. Himchan said, “the contracts for the 6 of us are nearing the end. Since we all signed the contract at different times, they will end at different times. This concert might be the last concert that all 6 of us perform together.”

B.A.P continued, “however, this concert will be our last scheduled concert. We still have other events planned for the future.” Youngjae added in tears, “we still have a lot of time left and nothing is set in stone. Don’t be too sad.”

Meanwhile, B.A.P debuted as a 6-member group in 2012. Since then, the group went through a series of up’s and down’s, including passing through a long break due to a contract issue with their agency.

The group’s leader Bang Yongguk concluded the concert and said, “you guys were always our source of energy. Even though today’s event is over, we will soon come back with other events. Please keep rooting for us.”
