2PM member and actor, Junho, to star as lead in JTBC drama ‘Just in Love’.

Junho will be making a comeback in JTBC’s new drama ‘Just in Love’ as the main character, ‘Lee Kang-du’.

Lee Kang-du dreams of becoming a soccer player. One day, a fatal accident kills his father and shatters Kang-du’s leg, leaving Kang-du in rehabilitation for three years.

With no family support, academic achievements or technical skills, Lee Kwang-du finds himself hitting rock bottom.

From there, he meets Ha Moon-su (Won Jin-ah) and his life begins to change.

Junho starred in films ‘Cold Eyes’ (2013), ‘Twenty’ (2015), ‘Memories of the Sword’ (2015), and in tvN’s drama ‘Memory’ (2016). He also played as the bad guy ‘Seo-yool’ in KBS 2TV drama ‘Chief Kim’ and surprised many with his acting abilities.

After having taken on small roles, Junho will be showing more of his acting skills through his new lead role in ‘Just in Love’.

“I loved the fragile emotions portrayed in the script. I’m nervous and excited about showing a new side to me through this drama. I will treat it as if it were my first project and give it my all,” the actor said.

The upcoming drama is a story about everyday hardships and the warmth of love.

Director Kim Ji-won from ‘The Innocent Man’ and ‘Wonderful Days’ will be teaming up with writer Yoo Bo-ra from ‘Secret’ and ‘Snowy Road’ in this new melodrama.
