Samyang Food, the maker of notorious “Fire Noodle” (Buldak Bokkeum Myeon), has released the eased version its famous spicy instant noodle.
On November 28, Samyang Food officially launched “Jjolbokki Buldak Bokkeum Myeon.” The new flavor, which imitates that of Korea’s popular snack food Tteokbokki, is rising popular for its eased spiciness level and added sweetness.
Samyang Food differentiated its new products from others by adding more sweetness to their signature sauce. The sweet and spicy sauce perfectly finds the point of compromise, make it easy to enjoy for everyone.
Also, the crunchy toppings add more texture to the instant noodle. The noodle is made chewier, which resembles the texture of the rice cakes in Tteokbokki.
Meanwhile, the Fire Noodle Challenge is reviving in Korea as “Nuclear Fire Noodle,” which was released only limitedly, is now available at the grocery stores again. Releasing the two products, Samyang Food is satisfying the taste buds in both ends.
