Weki Meki’s Kim Do-Yeon recently participated in a pictorial with ‘Star&Style Magazine At Style’ for their June issue.

The pictorials featured Do-Yeon with hand bags from J.Estina and ‘Dear. Me’ concept. Besides the pictorials, Kim Do-Yeon participated in an interview and shared her thoughts on the recent reunion with former I.O.I members.

First, she promoted the mini hand bags she was featuring by saying, “I normally carry around only my earphones, a few make up tools, and a credit card. I think the bags I’m featuring today are perfect size for the three items I carry around normally”

The reporter also asked her about ‘WJMK,’ a unit that includes members of Weki Meki and WJSN (Cosmic Girls). Kim Do-Yeon said, “I’m one of the older ones in my group, Weki Meki. However, in WJMK, I am in the maknae-line (younger ones) with Yoo-Jung. Also, WJMK conveys a cutesy-concept, which is very different from Weki Meki. I think you will able to see the rare cute side of me.”

Kim also shared her secret to finding the style that suits you the best. She said, “I’ve been trying out different make-up methods, and I think I have found the make-up look that suits my facial features the best. Also, I lost a couple of pounds so that my face appears smaller in screens. However, I don’t starve myself so I hope my fans don’t worry too much about me.”

Lastly, she mentioned the recent reunion she had with former I.O.I members at a filming scene for ‘Produce 48‘. Do-Yeon commented, “it was the first time seeing all of them since we disbanded. As soon as we saw each other, we were too busy hugging each other. We lined up to say ‘yes, i love it’ and it was very overwhelming for me.”

Kim Do-Yeon didn’t forget to give advice to the ‘Produce 48‘ contestants. She said, “being yourself is what’s most important. I’m relatively shy so I tried to avoid cameras as much. However, the ‘national producers’ loved me for who I am, and I was able to become one of the members for I.O.I.”
