The drama version of “The Beauty Inside”, which will start filming next year, will be taking a different approach to the original story.
On Nov. 17, a representative from Studio & New released a statement that read, “Right now, preparations are being made so filming can start next year.” In addition, it stated, “The TV network for the drama airing has not been decided yet.”
The movie version tells the story of a man who wakes up with a different appearance every day. He falls in love with his girlfriend, Yi-soo, who accepts him for who he is.
The drama version will be taking a different approach.
“Writer Lim Maria will be in charge of the script,” they stated. “However, the drama version will feature a female character whose appearance changes. The story will be about her and her boyfriend.”
