Well-liked actor Park Bo-gum will join the show as a short-term worker.
On January 13 a JTBC official confirmed that Park Bo-gum would join Yoona as a part-time worker on the show. However, his appearance will be limited. Apparently, he will only be present for three days. However, although his time on the show will be short, the announcement has already generated a considerable amount of buzz.
Park Bo-gum is a known fan of Fin.K.L, a girl group in which Lee Hyori was a member. Further, many wonder how Lee Hyori’s husband, Lee Soon-sung, will respond to the additional. Since Park Bo-gum will be the first male addition to the show, it will be exciting to see how everyone interacts.
“Hyori’s Bed & Breakfast 2” began filmed on January 8 and will start to air in the coming months. The path to securing the second season of this hit show was an uphill battle for JTBC. During talks with Lee Hyori and Lee Soon-sung, privacy was the most significant issue. Since the Lee couple uses their real-life residence for the show, they have seen an increased amount of tourists and other visitors loitering around their Jeju Island property taking pictures. JTBC and the couple were about to work out a compromise that included the establishment of an information booth used to inform visitors that the residence is private and occupied.
Meanwhile, KBS recently announced that Park Bo-gum would be the MC for Music Bank in Chile this March.
