Kim Shin-Young joins Yoo Jae-Suk in JTBC’s upcoming variety show, “Cool Kids.”

On November 2, JTBC’s upcoming variety show “Cool Kids” took its first shooting. The last person to join the cast was none other than comedian, Kim Shin-Young, once again joining forces with Yoo Jae-Suk for the first time in three years.

Besides these two, Ahn Jung-Hwan, Red Velvet’s Seulgi, model Han Hyun-Min, and rapper Kim Ha-On have confirmed to make appearance as well. The cast will divide themselves into “adults these days” and “kids these days,” hoping to overcome the cultural and age gap that exist between the two groups.

Kim Shin-Young will act as the middleman, trying to connect the adult group in their 40’s, Yoo and Ahn, with celebrities in much younger generation, Seulgi, Han, and Kim. While Kim Shin-Young is in her 30’s herself, she is more familiar with and able to understand the youth culture much easier, as she is the host for No.1 idol-related program, “Weekly Idols.”

Meanwhile, “Cool Kids” is aiming to premiere its first episode sometime in November.
