MBC ‘Radio Star’ and MC Kim Gu-ra apologized for the controversy over Kim Gu-ra mocking Kim Saeng-min.
Kim Gu-ra’s agency announced on 31st, “Although Kim Gu-ra had no intention to mock him in public, we are sorry if the viewers felt uncomfortable. We also directly apologized to Kim Saeng-min.”
On the same day, the show ‘Radio Star’ announced an apology. They said, “we would like to sincerely apologize to all the viewers who felt uncomfortable during yesterday’s episode. We will do our best to invite Kim Saeng-min back to our show and talk about positive topics.”
On the 30th, Kim Saeng-min appeared on MBC ‘Radio Star’ with other guests. After the show, viewers started to criticized on the show’s website saying that it was apparent that the MCs mocked Kim Saeng-min in public. A petition also has been created that asks Kim Gu-ra to drop out of the show.
