On December 12 an official said that Jo-Kwon is currently working on a solo album with the goal of releasing it in January. The new release comes two years after his previous solo album, Crosswalk, in February 2015. Additionally, this marks Jo-Kwon’s first album under Cube Entertainment.

A Cube Entertainment official said, ” Jo-Kwon will be the first artist in our agency to release an album in 2018. We plan to select the title song then record the music video and behind-the-scenes footage.”

Jo-Kwon left JYP Entertainment on September 22 after 16 years with the agency. He first entered the agency in 2001 and debuted after seven years of training as the leader of the boy group 2AM.

Afterwards, in November he signed an exclusive contract with Cube Entertainment due to his long-standing relationship with the CEO.

Are you looking forward to his new album?
