The entertainment agency made the purchase earlier this year.
Jellyfish Entertainment, who manages groups VIXX and Gugudan, bought a new building in Sinsa-dong, Seoul.
Further, while recently revealed, the company made the purchase back in January. However, the property was only recently signed over to the agency’s CEO Hwang Se-jun, at the end of February. Notably, the acquisition now means that Jellyfish Entertainment has a dedicated office building like SM or YG, which it did not have previously.
The new building is located adjacent to their current location in Gangnam, where they moved in 2013. More details reveal that the new property is 5-stories and was previously used by hospitals, although the exact use is unknown.
According to a company official, the location is ideal due to the wide road and the partially distributed commercial areas, which variably increase its visibility. Jellyfish Entertainment is expected to begin remodeling the property sometime this year.
On the other hand, VIXX, made a comeback with their third album EAU DE VIXX, with the title track “Scentist.”
