Boy group NU’EST W announced the official date of their anticipated comeback to fans.
On June 7, NU’EST W revealed that they would be returning on June 25 in an announcement posted on the group’s official fan cafe. The members posted a handwritten letter that said “we will return with our prepared album on the 25th. We’ve worked on this album with the hope that it will become a gift for (our fans) hearts.”
Last year, NU’EST W ranked first on multiple music shows with “Where You At,” their hit dance single. Moreover, the group enjoyed increased popularity and made appearances on various entertainment programs and year-end award shows.
However, along with the increase in their popularity, so has the pressure increased as well. Many fans and industry insiders alike are paying attention to see what kind of music the group will release given the eight months since their last album. Further, they are also looking to see if they can surpass their previous level of success.
According to the announcement, the group wants fans to have high expectation, writing that they “will show [fans] something wonderful.”
