On May 11, multiple broadcast officials related to the drama “Wok of Love” confirmed that the main vocal of GOT7 Choi Youngjae is involved in the second OST. Further, he has apparently finished recording the song recently — mostly likely before the group set off on their world tour. More, according to officials, the song will be released sometime next week.

This announcement makes the first time that Choi has participated in singing an OST by himself. However, it is clear that he is a gifted singer. Choi’s appearances on MBC’s “King of Masked Singer,” and KBS 2 “Immortal Song,” moved the audience.

Further, expectations for the upcoming OST are particularly high given that famed music director Nam Hye-seun is involved. Nam has previously worked on tVN “Goblin,” SBS “I Need Romance,” and “Jealously Incarnate.”

Meanwhile, GOT7 recently finished a two-day solo concert in Seoul. Currently the group in on the first leg of their 2018 world tour which will go to almost 20 cities worldwide.
