CNBLUE’s Lee Jong-Hyun announces his military enlistment date!

On July 31, FNC Entertainment announced that CNBLUE’s Lee Jong-Hyun will enlist in the military sometime in the middle of August. “Just like Kang Min-Hyuk and Lee Jung-Shin, he will enlist as an active soldier. We will not reveal the exact date and the location,” said the agency.

Previously, Lee Jong-Hyun had secretly hinted that his enlistment date was coming up soon. On Instagram, he commented, “people are sending me many gifts to wish me a safe service,” thus announcing his military enlistment plans.

Furthermore, he is the last member of CNBLUE to enlist. Jung Yong-Hwa first enlisted on March 5 as an active soldier and after the end of basic training, the singer volunteered to join the special forces. Then, he received an assignment to serve in the Second Crops 702nd Special Assault Regiment.

Meanwhile, Lee Jung-Shin and Kang Min-Hyuk also enlisted in the military on July 31. After completing a 5-week long basic training, each soldier will receive his assignment and begin the official duty as a soldier.

Wishing all members of CNBLUE a safe service and training!
