“My Golden Life” actor Cheon Ho-jin has decided his next project.
According to reports on Monday, Cheon Ho-jin confirmed his appearance in JTBC’s new TV drama “Life” (working title). In the upcoming drama, Cheon takes on the role of psychiatrist and head of Sangguk Hospital in Seoul, Lee Bo-hun.
Unlike traditional medical dramas, “Life” draws attention to dense and complicated power struggles within the institution. Furthermore, “Life” is the highly anticipated next project of “Stranger” writer Lee Soo-yeon, which is drawing attention.
Additionally, the director of “The Most Beautiful Goodbye” and “Live Up To Your Name,” Hong Jong-chan will work on “Life.”
Jo Seung-woo, Lee Dong-wook, Yoo Jae-myung, Moo So-ri, and Won Jin-ah have confirmed their appearance. Finally, the addition of Cheon to the cast completes the star-studded line-up.
Cheon is the actors first work following the hugely popular KBS2 weekend drama “My Golden Life.” The show ended with an astounding viewer rating of more than 45 percent. With this next project Cheon plan to wind over viewers with his emotive active skills. Last year Cheon won the grand prize for his role in “My Golden Life” at the KBS Drama Awards.
