The final episode of “The Return of Superman” featuring Bong Tae-gyu and his son Si-ha aired on January 6.
Actor Bong Tae-gyu and his son Si-ha took a final trip to Gangneung in “The Return of Superman.”
Bong Tae-gyu said, “I’m graduating from ‘The Return of Superman’ to return to my main job of acting.” The actor bid goodbye to the TV show by reading a letter to his son.
“I didn’t get to spend as much time with my dad when I was your age,” read him. “It’s my first time being a dad, so I will keep on trying to be a good dad.”
The Bong father and son always showed a caring relationship. While Bong Tae-gyu did not hide his love for his son, Si-ha, too, showed caring and compassionate character like his dad.
Although many will miss the two Bongs in “The Return of Superman,” Bong Tae-gyu promised his fans to be back as a great actor again.
