BIGBANG’s G-Dragon and BTS’ Jimin make us proud by placing their names on The Guardian’s list of “Top 30 Boy Band Members”

On December 13, British Daily Newspaper Guardian Magazine announced their own rankings of “Top 30 Boy Band Members.” Joining the list were two K-pop idol members, BIGBANG’s G-Dragon and BTS’ Jimin.



BTS’ Jimin placed his name on No. 17. To explain such high rankings, the magazine focused on the member’s ability to pull of extremely difficult choreography, especially his “Serendipity” solo performance during the recent London arena show.

G-Dragon, on the other hand, receiving the nickname of “king of K-pop” and was praised much for his ability to do all. The magazine also stated that he is a fashion icon above anything else, mentioning his appearance on the cover of Italian Vogue magazine.

Taking the first place was Michael Jackson, followed by Robbie Williams and Justin Timberlake.
