Actress Park Shin-hye makes a long-awaited return to the small screen with “Memories of Alhambra Palace.”

On April 23, Park Shin-hye confirmed that she will appear in the upcoming mystery-thriller “Memories of Alhambra Palace.”

According to reports, Park will take on the character Jung Hee-joo, the owner of Contigo Hostel in Granada, Spain. The lead male character leaves for Spain with the aim to study classical guitar music. However, when his parents suddenly die, he becomes responsible for the livelihood of his entire family.

On another note, parts of the drama will be filmed on location in Spain sometime in May. Further, one filming and post-production are done, the new show will broadcast this November.

Meanwhile, “Memories of Alhambra Palace” is jointly created by Song Jae-jung and Ahn Gil-ho. Song is best known for writing the script for the sci-fi romance “W.” Other works he has contributed to include “Nine: Nine Time Travels” and “Three Musketeers.” Likewise, Ahn has directed “Stranger,” “My Son-in-Law’s Woman,” and “Mrs. Cop.”
